The New Tech Guys uses the contact details, employment information, CV and portfolio you submit to assess your application and contact you about recruitment.

Applications and reviewer notes are restricted to authorised hiring reviewers. Documents are held in private storage. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate this service.

Unsuccessful applications are normally deleted within six months after recruitment closes, unless you agree to further consideration or a longer period is required. Information for successful applicants may be moved into employment records. Backups expire according to our backup schedule.

Do not include identification documents, bank details or other information unrelated to the application. To ask about your application or request a correction or deletion, contact hr@thenewtechguys.com.

Original emailed applications may also remain in the HR mailbox. The retention process covers those messages separately.
